Shipping Policy
LANEIGE ships from the United States and offers free standard shipping on every order to an eligible U.S. address.
Delivery Areas and Shipping Costs
We deliver to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or destinations outside the United States.
Standard shipping is free with no minimum purchase. We do not offer paid expedited shipping. All orders are shipped domestically, with no import or customs charges.
Order Processing and Delivery Estimates
Order processing takes 1 business day. After dispatch, estimated transit time is 3-5 business days. The estimated total delivery time is 4-6 business days, including processing and transit.
Our order cutoff is 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). Orders placed after the cutoff or on a non-business day begin processing on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. public holidays. We do not process or dispatch orders on Sundays or U.S. public holidays.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather or carrier disruptions may delay delivery. Contact us if your shipment is delayed or appears to be missing.
Tracking and Order Changes
We email a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is dispatched. Carrier tracking updates may take time to appear.
To cancel an order before shipment or request an address correction, contact us with your order number. Address changes depend on the order's shipping status. Once an order has shipped, please follow our Returns and Refunds Policy.
